Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Scripture Cipher mobile application (the "App") operated by Chapel Software ("we", "us", or "our").

Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.

Content

The App contains Scripture-based puzzle content. All puzzles, designs, and App content are the property of Chapel Software or its licensors.

Scripture quotations may be from various Bible translations as indicated within the App. All Scripture content is used in accordance with applicable fair use provisions and/or licenses.

User Profiles

You may create local user profiles within the App. You are responsible for any profile names you create. Profile data is stored only on your device.

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CHAPEL SOFTWARE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

Changes to the App

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without notice.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
